Laurie Grissom is a licensed insurance agent specializing in personal lines and has been with Farwest Insurance since January 2001. A native of the Pacific Northwest, she attended Portland Community College and Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. She moved to Spokane in 1988 with her husband, Gary. They have two grown daughters, a son-in-law, and three wonderful grandsons. Laurie is active in her church and enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her family has enjoyed hosting many Japanese students through the Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute for homestay weekends. laurie@farwestinsurance.com

Ted Moran retired in July 2013 but continues as mentor to the agency. He is a life long resident of the Spokane area. He began his insurance career in 1972 and founded Farwest in 1975. Ted and Sharon will celebrate thirty eight years of marriage this year. Ted is an active supporter of general aviation, loves fishing and travel. Ted enjoys mentoring agents new to the insurance industry. He is grateful for the loyal customers that have been instrumental in helping him to succeed in the insurance business.
Christine Olson moved to Spokane from the Methow Valley in 1988 to work at Farwest Insurance. She has three boys who keep her very busy. Her family enjoys boating, sports, and spending time together. Robert Olson, Agent: Robert Olson is a Commercial Producer with years of experience in developing and managing businesses. He brings his energetic, motivated, and servant leadership approach to the successes and commitments of your business endeavors. He was licensed in 1988-1995 in California for all lines of insurance. From 1996 to 2002 he was licensed in Washington in all lines of insurance with his own agency specializing in commercial insurances. Jeff Wendel, Agent: Jeff has been an insurance agent with Farwest since 1994 and is licensed for all lines of insurance. He grew up in Illinois, graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1977, and moved to Spokane in 1980. Jeff lives in Spokane with his wife Robin and daughter Carolyn and in his free time enjoys fishing, playing golf, tennis, and watching Carolyn play multiple sports.
